Main Lecture Topic. "The Media & the Paranormal"
Main Lecture Summary:
Buell (producer for "Paranormal State" and "American Ghost Hunter") and Calek (director & producer of "American Ghost Hunter) discuss the media's portrayal of the paranormal culture in the 21st century. They will address the concerns, as well as argue the pro's and con's of various paranormal-themed projects. The lecture will also offer some new insight in to the behind-the-scenes of the effort to make "Paranormal State."
Special Screening: "American Ghost Hunter"
Summary: Buell and Calek will screen "American Ghost Hunter," the documentary movie that every paranormal enthusiast is talking about. The film, which was shot nearly a year ago, tells the story of Chad and his journey to find answers regarding the terrifying events that took place in his home when he was a child.
