The PRS website is not intended to provide psychological and/or medical advice and should not be interpreted as a recommendation for a specific plan, product, or course of action. Under no circumstances shall PRS be liable for any such reliance on the contents of its website.

Although PRS makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information on its website, any information which is accessed through the PRS website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, PRS disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, statutory or otherwise, related to its website. Furthermore, PRS does not warrant against human and/or machine errors, omissions, delays, interruptions, or losses. V. Message boards
You, the user, are solely responsible for any communications, and the consequences thereof, posted on PRS message boards. PRS, its agents, and its affiliates assume no liability or responsibility for any communications posted on its message boards.
As relates specifically to PRS message boards, the following list includes, but is not limited to, activities which shall be deemed a material breach of the within Terms and Conditions of Use:
A. Using a PRS message board in a manner which violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
B. Posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available material which is threatening, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another individual or entity’s privacy, or otherwise objectionable, as determined solely by PRS;
C. Posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available material which infringes on the intellectual property rights of another individual or entity;
D. Posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available material which contains corruptive or destructive codes;
E. Impersonating another individual or entity or misrepresenting affiliation with another individual or entity; or
F. Collecting information about another user without his or her consent;
G. Interfering with other users’ ability to engage in exchanges on a PRS message board, including disrupting the normal flow of dialogue, posting unrelated material (including, but not limited to, unsolicited and unauthorized advertising or promotions), and posting the same material multiple times.
As relates specifically to PRS message boards, PRS reserves the right, but is in no way obligated, to take the following actions:
A. Monitoring and/or editing material, regardless of whether the material violates the within Terms and Conditions of Use;
B. Requesting the removal of material which is deemed to violate the within Terms and Conditions of Use;
C. Removing material which is deemed to violate the within Terms and Conditions of Use; or
D. Terminating a user’s access to PRS message boards and/or the PRS website;
VI. Jurisdiction and choice of law
PRS is located and based in State College, Pennsylvania, United States. You, the user, expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with PRS, its agents, or its affiliates as a result of the use of the PRS website resides in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. By accessing the PRS website, you, the user, also consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction by the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in connection with any such dispute.
These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.
